Who we are

The All India Educational Research Foundation (Majma al-Tahqiqat al-Ilmiyya li-Umum al-Hind) is a scholarly initiative dedicated to providing reliable, well-referenced answers to questions about Islam, grounded in the Qur'an, the Sunnah, and the established tradition of Islamic jurisprudence.

Our mission

Our mission is to make sound Islamic knowledge accessible to everyone — presenting answers in a clear question-and-answer format that any person can relate to, so that whenever a Muslim has a doubt, they can find a trustworthy answer.

What we cover

Our work spans two complementary fields of contemporary jurisprudence:

• Fiqh al-Nawazil — rulings on newly-arising and emerging issues.
• Fiqh al-Aqalliyat — the jurisprudence of Muslims living as minorities.
